Session 3:Fine Tune and Deploy an ImageNet model for Classification

In this session, participants will learn how to fine-tune a pre-trained MobileNet model specifically for mango plant classification, optimizing it to distinguish between mango and non-mango images with higher accuracy.

The session will cover dataset preparation, transfer learning techniques, hyperparameter tuning, and evaluation methods to achieve production-ready performance.

Finally, attendees will deploy the trained model to a live environment, enabling real-time image classification that can be integrated into web or mobile applications.
