If you have never tried Shabu Shabu, you must!

Shabu shabu is a Japanese hot pot dish where thinly sliced meat and vegetables are cooked in a boiling broth at the table and then dipped in various sauces.

The name "shabu shabu" meams “swish swish" for sound of the ingredients being swished in the broth.

It’s a communal dining experience where everyone cooks their own ingredients in the pot.
