Enhancing Operational Efficiency (with RAG) at Hafslund

In this talk, Natalie will present a GenAI project that Crayon Consulting developed for Hafslund as an exploration into improving information retrieval for operators at the Driftssentral. The solution demonstrates how operators can efficiently access critical data from multiple sources, enhancing decision-making in high-pressure situations.

Natalie Caruana holds a PhD in Probability from the University of Manchester and is a Senior Data Scientist at Crayon Consulting. She works with GenAI, RAG, and audio models, helping organizations unlock value through AI-driven solutions.
