### 🧠 Talk 1 — Intro to OpenCode + the Conductor Pattern

Alexandre Bourget — Co-Founder & CTO, Aviron
Alexandre is a passionate full-stack architect and tech entrepreneur building next-generation applied AI solutions at Aviron — transforming chaotic spreadsheets and legacy ERPs into clean, AI-powered financial workflows.
With 15+ years designing high-stakes data infrastructures, he has a proven track record of shipping mission-critical tools that developers and users genuinely enjoy. An international speaker and live-coding enthusiast, Alexandre brings contagious energy, unconventional ideas, and battle-tested pragmatism to GenAI challenges.
In this live demo–driven talk, Alexandre will:

• Introduce OpenCode, an open AI coding agent
• Explain the Conductor pattern, a Context-Driven Development methodology for orchestrating agents
• Demonstrate the pattern in action with real code
• Reflect on the current state of AI coding agents — what’s hype, what’s durable, and why everything may be obsolete again tomorrow

### ⚙️ Talk 2 — Let’s Go Deep… Agents!

Philippe Habra — Founder, AI Agency
Philippe’s path into AI is anything but linear. Trained as an engineer with a double master’s (MBA and Investment Management), he spent several years in business consulting and investment banking before pivoting — fully self-taught — into data science, completing 50+ certifications and courses along the way.
He built his first startup in semi-medical data analytics, leading research with McGill University, grew the team to nine people, won entrepreneurship competitions… and failed. Later, as a founding data scientist at another startup, he helped take a product from idea to commercialization — until COVID changed everything. He then joined Ubisoft in a corporate data analytics role.
Becoming a father pushed Philippe to build again. Today, through his AI agency, he designs and delivers AI solutions for organizations ranging from the National Institutes of Health to Concordia University and NEOMA Business School.
In this talk, Philippe takes us behind the scenes of a Deep Research Agent deployed for a real company to eliminate research bottlenecks. He will cover:

• How the agent was designed, built, tested, and delivered
• How to evaluate whether an agent is actually performing well
• How to reason about cost, scalability, and reuse across clients
• His personal “hindsight map” — what he would do differently if starting from scratch today
