## Speaker #1
Philippe Habra
Founder, AI Agency
### Bio
Philippe’s path into AI is anything but linear. Trained as an engineer with a double master’s (MBA and Investment Management), he spent several years in business consulting and investment banking before pivoting — fully self-taught — into data science, completing 50+ certifications and courses along the way.
He built his first startup in semi-medical data analytics, leading research with McGill University, grew the team to nine people, won entrepreneurship competitions… and failed. Later, as a founding data scientist at another startup, he helped take a product from idea to commercialization — until COVID changed everything. He then joined Ubisoft in a corporate data analytics role.
Becoming a father pushed Philippe to build again. Today, through his AI agency, he designs and delivers AI solutions for organizations ranging from the National Institutes of Health to Concordia University and NEOMA Business School.
### Talk
From "How hard can it be?" to production: shipping my first multi-agent system
Abstract
I built a multi-agent deep research system from scratch, deployed it, and somehow convinced real humans to pay for it. In this talk I share the honest timeline (spoiler: longer than I told my wife), what was genuinely hard vs. what LinkedIn said was hard, how I onboard clients, how I track costs so the token bill doesn't eat my margin, and my plan to scale and reach out.

## Speaker #2
Zack Terrien
Tech lead, Osedea
### Bio
Hi my name is Zack, and I've been building a realtime digital twin for copper mines, and in my spare time I've been building a hypergraph
### Talk
Influencing AI code generation with a hypergraph in real time
Abstract
AI coding assistants are powerful, but they often generate code with limited understanding of the real structure of a software system: dependencies, architecture, conventions, business rules, and developer intent. This talk explores how a hypergraph can be used as a live contextual layer to influence AI code generation in real time.
Instead of treating a codebase as a flat collection of files, a hypergraph represents the relationships between functions, modules, APIs, requirements, tests, and architectural decisions. By continuously updating this graph as the developer works, we can guide the AI assistant toward more relevant, consistent, and system-aware suggestions.
