Artemii Chugreev is an experienced software developer and team lead at Lightspeed. He enjoys every part of software development, from solving low-level technical problems to mentoring people and leading teams.
He actively explores agentic AI, and his team builds solutions that help Lightspeed work more effectively. He is especially interested in how AI is changing software development and how teams can adapt to this new environment.

Most AI tools make one developer faster in a private session. But what changes when AI becomes a teammate inside Slack?
Drawing on the experience of building Luma at Lightspeed, Artemii will explore shared context, tools, memory, safety, and auditability.
Beyond the technical implementation, this talk examines how public AI collaboration helps teams reuse investigations, learn from one another, discover new workflows, and adopt AI organically across an organization.

His current work focuses on building agent harnesses and on training, fine-tuning, and deploying language models in production.

Woltspace: Rethinking the Future of Human–Agent Collaboration

### Abstract

Coding agents have transformed how we interact with computers. Once an agent helps you build something useful, what happens next?
Woltspace is an open-source vision for new paradigms of interaction, based on the premise that developers should own their code and infrastructure.
Wolts make it easy to switch between coding agents while maintaining a persistent identity, memory, and home for the applications they build. Deploying an application from your computer should be as easy as vibe coding it.
Jeremy will also explore the concept of colonies of collaborative coding agents and how this new primitive could shape the future of human–agent collaboration.
