The speaker, Tatiana, will also discuss how Generative AI is changing/improving the role of product manager going forward thanks to tools like Devin.AI.

Speaker bio: Tatiana is an expert in product-led growth strategies powered by AI/ML solutions across e-commerce, martech, telecom, insurance, and real estate. As VP of Product at a Series B proptech startup, she led innovations in renovation management software. At Boost Mobile (9.5M subs, $4B ARR), she spearheaded a digital transformation, shifting in-store sales to online self-serve. At Prudential ($26.5B global insurance brand), she scaled Pulse to 30M users and expanded telemedicine across 11 Asian countries. She founded and successfully sold a hospitality startup; was part of the early team at Muve Music, acquired as part of AT&T's $1.2B acquisition of Cricket Wireless; and developed Ticketmaster's AI-powered Verified Fan program, setting an industry standard for reducing ticket scalping and securing access for genuine fans.
