In this talk, Adam will share how ClearBank has successfully introduced AI to its platform safely and securely using Azure OpenAI. He will begin with a general introduction to AI, before describing how GenAI is being used at ClearBank to automate time-consuming and costly operational processes. He will also explore the governance and guardrails that have been put in place to ensure that it is used safely and responsibly.
