*Rescheduled* loop ride through vineyards and countryside northeast of Geneva

Details
It looks as though next week the weather should hopefully hold on Monday 27th July so I will reorganise this ride for then!
The ride is a gentle and mostly flat 25km route. We will head out initially east along the 'voie verte' towards the French border before then turning north and winding our way through some beautiful countryside and vineyards, passing through small villages such as Lullier and Jussy. We will then make our way down towards the Lake and stop for a picnic about two-thirds of the way round the loop at Plage de la Savonnière. From here we will follow quiet lanes and the bike path back into the centre of Geneva.
THINGS TO BRING:
Lights if you have them as the sun is often beginning to set when we arrive back into Geneva!
A lock - at Plage de la Savonnière we have to leave the bikes locked up at the bike racks before the beach
A picnic/some food to enjoy at the beach
Again as with the last ride for obvious reasons we will have to limit the number of riders so if you intend on coming please sign up! Social distancing will be observed throughout the ride. The weather also looks as though it may be a bit changeable next week so nearer the time I will make a decision on whether the ride will be able to go ahead or not!
The itinerary will be roughly as follows:
17h45: We will meet in the entrance to Parc de la Grange on Avenue William Favre (opposite the bar Et Cetera) this time!!
18h00: We will head out along the 'voie verte' then through the countryside and vineyards between Lake Geneva and the French border before dropping down to the Lake.
19h30: Picnic break and relaxation at Plage de la Savonnière!
20h00/20h15: Ride back to Geneva along quiet roads and bike path.
20h45/21h00: Arrive back into Jardin Anglais
Looking forward to seeing those of you who could make it on our previous rides and welcoming some new faces! Don’t hesitate to get in touch with any questions!
