Come join us for a fun workout and a great social evening!
This workout is designed to develop all areas of fitness to help you become stronger, fitter, faster, and endure more. It's perfect for those wanting the most of everything in one session. Suitable for all levels. Bring a bottle of water (and a swimsuit if you plan on taking a dip in the lake afterwards).
If you are unable to attend or cannot find us at the meeting point, send a text or call 078 656 8518 before 7pm. (Once the session starts we will not be able to answer or check the phone).
