This practice session is facilitated by Caroline L, and the theme is
"Meeting my needs in NVC: from Demand to flexibility around
strategies. Method PLATO and Mapping."
Material for the practice: take a few pieces of paper or a notebook + a pen or colorful pens.
Participants are encouraged to read at least that chapter before the
session, for best learning and practice benefits. Here it's related to
chapters 6 "Requesting That Which Would Enrich Life" and 9 "Connecting
Compassionately With Ourselves" from Marshall Rosenberg's book
"Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life".

General introduction:
We will study and apply together Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in English. This is a revolutionary way of relating authentically with yourself and others through building consciousness around: Empathy and Self-Empathy, Compassion, Emotional Freedom, Self-Expression among others essential elements!
Practical information:
If you are brand-new to NVC, please read or watch an introduction so you can come with questions and the first ideas about it: https://www.meetup.com/Geneva-NVC-Practice/messages/boards/thread/49971513 . In addition, at 18:15 we will be online to welcome participants, give a general introduction and answer questions, before the actual practice session starts at 18:30.
