This practice session is facilitated by Caroline Lecureur, and the theme is "Play the Transformation Game© with an NVC posture" related to chapters 7 to 9 from Marshall Rosenberg's book "Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life".
Participants are welcome to read those chapters before the session to support their learning and practice.

We wish this afternoon to be relaxed, playing a board game and deepening the internal posture of NVC: empathic listening and authentic
sharing.
The practice is lead in absence of NVC-certified trainer or Transformation Game© trainer.

General Information:
We will play while applying together NonViolente Communication (NVC) in English. This is a revolutionary way of relating authentically with yourself and others through building consciousness around: Empathy and
Self-Empathy, Compassion, Emotional Freedom and Self-Expression among other essential elements!
The goal is to grow our capacity to communicate and exist in Truth from the Heart.

The schedule is:

• 13:45 Opening rounds
• 14:00 Introduction to Transformation Game© and NVC posture, Q&A
• 14:15 Practice on the theme of the session
• 19:00 or earlier Closing rounds
• 19:15 or earlier Finished

Practical information:
Participation is free of charge with no commitment, limited to game board capacity (4 persons on the English language board, there is a second board in French language).
