[In-person participation only – Practice and picnic]
Two-hour outdoor practice session in the park, followed by a picnic together.
May be cancelled in case of bad weather.

This practice session is facilitated by Jay Last and the theme is "Expressing our feelings" related to chapter 4 "Identifying and Expressing Feelings" from Marshall Rosenberg's book "Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life". Participants are encouraged to read at least those chapters before the session,.

General introduction:
We will study and apply together Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in English. This is a revolutionary way of relating authentically with yourself and others through building consciousness around: Empathy and Self-Empathy, Compassion, Emotional Freedom, Self-Expression among others essential elements!
The goal is to grow our capacity to communicate and exist in Truth from the Heart.

Practical information:
Each person is welcome for the practice, the picnic, or both. No prior knowledge of NVC is necessary for the practice.
An agreement of care, respect and confidentiality is requested from participants.
