Practice on the theme of putting body image and athletic performance myths into perspective including a group screening of the documentary film “The Game Changers” ─ see https://gamechangersmovie.com
Following the group screening (1h25 duration), there will be an empathetic discussion session moderated by David Laou. And just after that, at 20:30 a compassionate social event 🧺.

General introduction:
We will study and apply together Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in English. This is a revolutionary way of relating authentically with yourself and others through building consciousness around: Empathy and Self-Empathy, Compassion, Emotional Freedom, Self-Expression among other essential elements!
The goal is to grow our capacity to communicate and exist in Truth from the Heart.

At 18:00 we will be online and in presence in Geneva to welcome participants, offer a general introduction and answer questions for newcomers before the actual practice session starts at 14:00.
