[IN-PERSON] Practice to speak and receive from the heart

[In-person only]

This practice session is facilitated by Carline Lecureur and the theme is "Let's meet and play games around NVC" related to chapters 3, 4, 5 and 9 from Marshall Rosenberg's book "Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life". Participants are encouraged to read at least that chapter before the session, for best learning and practice benefits.

General introduction:
We will study and apply together Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in English. This is a revolutionary way of relating authentically with yourself and others through building consciousness around: Empathy and Self-Empathy, Compassion, Emotional Freedom, Self-Expression among others essential elements!
The goal is to grow our capacity to communicate and exist in Truth from the Heart.

At 17:35 we will be there to welcome participants, offer a general introduction and answer questions for newcomers before the actual practice session starts at 18:00.
