[IN-PERSON] Practice to speak and receive from the heart

[In-person only]

This is a half day Review & Practice session facilitated by Caroline Lecureur and Andrea Barbero: this space offers the opportunity to practice and refine one’s understanding of NVC through a wide range of activities. Participants are welcome to bring forward specific themes to explore, ask questions, or even request to revisit an exercise from a previous session.
The session incorporates games, dance floors, and other practices all centered around key NVC themes, including listening, empathy, authentic expression, navigating anger and guilt, and transforming one’s beliefs.
Participants are encouraged to read Marshall Rosenberg's book "Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life" before the session, for best learning and practice benefits.

General introduction:
We will study and apply together Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in English. This is a revolutionary way of relating authentically with yourself and others through building consciousness around: Empathy and Self-Empathy, Compassion, Emotional Freedom, Self-Expression among others essential elements!
The goal is to grow our capacity to communicate and exist in Truth from the Heart.

At 13:50 we will be there to welcome participants, offer a general introduction at 14:00 and answer questions for newcomers before the actual practice session starts at 17:15.
