About us

This group focuses on learning effective self-defense techniques inspired by Jeet Kune Do and a variety of martial arts and combat sports. Sessions include elements of fitness, skill development, and confidence building, all in a welcoming and supportive environment.

We train outdoors by the lake, creating a relaxed atmosphere where you can meet and train with different people. Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience level.

Training is not only physically beneficial but also therapeutic. We all deal with stress in daily life, and hitting pads, moving your body, and focusing your mind can be a great way to release tension and reset.
