Moléson Illuminated Via Ferrata

Every year, or almost, there is an Illuminated Via Ferrata session on the Moléson. The concept is simple. People meet at 1730 at the funiculaire, and do the VF.

The travel time from Geneva is an hour and a half.

Official sign up page for the event : The event is organised by the Tourism office and they require 20 CHF

For an extra 5 CHF you can rent a head lamp,
and for 10 CHF extra you can rent the VF set.
For 15 CHF you can rent the VF set and head lamp.

There are two routes. The blue one is easier than the red.

When is already added in the event info. The two dates are either the 24th of August, or, if the weather is bad, the 31st of August.

The cost is 20 CHF for participants but this is asked by the Moléson people, not us. It includes transport up, a soupe when returning at Plan-Francey.
