To celebrate World Meditation Day, Charlie Stewart-Brown, founder of Indiv Yoga since 2009, and voice of the British Airways Yoga and Mindfulness on-board program, will be sharing a 30 mins online guided meditation this Sunday 21st December at 9am. We will begin with a couple of minutes of basic tips before settling into the meditation.
