To bring more clarity, calm, and positivity into 2026, Charlie Stewart-Brown, founder of Indiv Yoga since 2009, and voice of the British Airways Yoga and Mindfulness on-board program, will be leading a 30/45 mins online guided new year meditation this coming Saturday 10th January at 9am CET (UTC+1). We will begin with a couple of minutes on the basics of meditation, before settling into the practice. Please arrive on time as each part of the meditation builds on the section before it🙏
