In this launch event we will introduce the power of the mind and the guiding principles for using our minds for making our lives easier, happier and more fulfilling.

The session will include a presentation, exercises and practical tools to take home to transform your daily life.

We will have a chance to meet the group members and introduce ourselves and our interests.
