We’ll focus on strength, mobility, breath, and alignment — the kind of movement that helps you feel better in your body, whether you’re behind a desk or hitting the gym.

No chanting, no pressure to be flexible — just clear guidance, fresh air, and a little laughter along the way.

Bring: mat, water, layers (and a good mood if you’ve got one).
