Details

We take a few minutes to introduce each other and share our motivations about dipping or swimming in cold water.
Then we go into the water and stay for 5-8mn (depending on the lake temperature and on your experience).
Then we go out and do whatever warms us up (except alcohol :-)): running, singing, meditating, breathing,... or all this at a time :).
Then we can discuss about a next appointment.
Everybody comes under its own responsibility, I am no therapist nor coach.
