Right now we are experiencing rapid development in applying genetic information in clinical diagnostics, precision medicine or genetic treatments. Genetic information is playing an increasingly important role in other fields, like agriculture.
This meetup is for everyone interested in Genomics and Biotechnology especially in relation with the latest Big Data technologies.
We would like to gather both sides of this field - Bio-guys to talk about their ideas and IT-guys to share their solutions.
If you work within Molecular Biology, Genetics, Precision Medicine, Metagenomics fields, come and discuss your ideas with your fellow researchers and professionals.
If you work with Spark, Hadoop, Kubernetes, Machine Learning, A.I., Deep Learning or similar and would like to present your project or meet - this is a space for you.
If you are new to this field - you are more than welcome. We will help you enter this domain as smoothly as possible.
