Roslin to Old Penicuik House

Please check the 37 bus timetable to Roslin, it only runs every 30 mins so allow enough time to get to Roslin.
We'll meet at Roslin Chapel and walk along the picturesque River North Esk to Penicuik (4.5miles). After stopping to eat our packed lunch at the mill pond we'll continue another 2 miles to Old Penicuik House (dates back to the 1760's). If anyone wants to leave the walk at Penicuik that's also an option.
Buses 37, 47, and X62 all go back to Edinburgh from Penicuik.
If continuing to Old Penicuik House we'll catch the 37 back.
For those leaving their car at Roslin Chapel, catch the 37 bus back to Roslin (or the 140).
