WEDNESDAY WALK - LEITH (EASTER ROAD) TO JOPPA.

To please Wednesday walkers who prefer an Edinburgh Central / East walk, this walk is offered as a Wednesday walk from the bottom of Easter Road to Joppa.
You'll meet outside the Persevere Bar at the foot of Easter Road and walk along part of Restalrig Railway Path passing Lochend, Hawkhill and Pirniefield to Seafield... then along the side of another disused rail path before joining Portobello Promenade. (The second path can be a bit overgrown in places but is easily do-able) Next you'll walk along the prom all the way to Joppa. There'll be a short break for lunch down by the sea.

RETURNING FROM JOPPA
BUS 🚌: The Lothain Bus 26 runs back to the city centre every 10 minutes.
