Peter Toner is the contact point for this walk on the Meet-up app or if quicker response needed via text or WhatsApp to 07803085087.

Please note for those attending by car this is a linear walk.
This walk in my assessment is a comfortable walk of around 5 / 6 miles which is GJ targeted distance for G J Wednesday walks.
If you need to know exactly then there is a feature in Google maps that allows you to stitch together a distance calculator and a You Tube video that shows you how to do it.
This walk is an 11.30 start instead of previous 12 noon for Wed Walks.
This transport info below is supplied to the best of my local knowledge however it should be checked by attendees.
Transport to the walk start is via the No 43 Bus Edinburgh ( Waterloo Place > Princess St > Queensferry Street ) to South Queensferry which runs past Dalmeny Station.
Lothian Bus 71 and Stagecoach bus x51, x58 go to South Queensferry and a short hop on the No 43 takes you back to Dalmeny Station.
This walk is a composite of a few sections of different walks, going Dalmeny Station > Dalmeny Estate >River Almond West Bank >River u7Almond East Bank > Crammond Harbour.
Return buses are available from Crammond Village to Barnton to link to No 43 return to Dalmeny / South Queensferry or direct return Edinburgh.

Note , We are walking in Scotland and although the weather has been very nice , this walk should be undertaken in suitable footwear and open sandals etc are not suitable for Scotland. If warm please consider bringing water and some sustenance.
