Hi, I’m Elena, a yoga teacher, psychology grad, and lover of intentional mornings. I created this group to help you start your day with more clarity, calm, and connection.
These sessions are about reflection and clearing your mind, as well as becoming consciously aware of your body. Let the rest of your day be guided by this awareness.
If you've ever wished your mornings felt more spacious and less rushed, and you would like to focus on what's really important throughout your day, this space if for you.
🌞 What to Expect
Live online sessions every Thursday morning (30 minutes). This is a soft place to land. Bring a cup of coffee / tea. All levels welcome, pajamas optional.
Occasional live sessions in and around Cape Town.
A gentle blend of mindful yoga and short meditations.
Occasional journaling prompts and mindset tips to take into your day.
