Welcome to Gentle Souls — a small circle for sensitive hearts and quiet connection. 🌱

Born out of my struggle with depression, I started this group because I’ve known loneliness and longed for a space where love, caring and laughing are welcome.

So I made one! Where I wish to make this community feel like a small family — where people can care for each other, share happiness, and help each other.
