Easy-moderate hike from BigTesuque CG up to Aspen Vista on a out & back to CG

--> Easy-moderate hike going UP stream from Big Tesuque CG on Hyde Park Road. This will be an out & back walk. Trail is on the NW side of stream.

The other day, I scouted the area, to find the "loop" hike. I knew that there is a trail from the CG on other (NE) side of Big Tesuque Creek. However, it stops about 1/2 way. It is a complete trail only after a few snows, in winter, 'created' by snowshoers which goes through a nice forested area all the way to Aspen Vista Rd. I guess I did it more in winter than not. So, that is not for us in June. We'll do the out & back.
Many quiet places to stop near the Rd. for noticing our thoughts and sensory inputs.

Round Trip Hiking Time: 2+- hours
Elevations: 9680' to 10230'
Gain: 500 ft. +-
Rating: well maintained forest trail.
Pace: Mellow

What to bring:
Sturdy hiking boots or shoes.
Bring layers, extra clothing, and water resistant outer wear.
Water for a 2+ hour hike, (a liter +).
Lunch or snacks (in case we/you get hungry or stuck, etc.)
Dogs: if quiet and well-behaved.

2. If you live closer to the TH, by all means go to it, w/o carpool, BUT, as usual, Let the organizer/host know !!, otherwise we'll ALL be waiting for those who will never show. :-( At the TH, parking is in the pull-off on the right side of Hyde Park Road.)

Also adjust your time to arrive at TH given that we will be arriving 10-15 minutes after Start time (driving time).
NOTE that we have to limit a wait time to about 5 minutes at the carpool place.
