Mental Health Check-In Walk ✨: Connect, Move & Reflect (Dogs Welcome!)
Details
A gentle walk for connection, conversation, and community
This recurring meetup is a low-pressure, supportive space to check in with yourself and connect with other women — while moving your body in a way that feels easy and grounding.
We’ll meet for a relaxed walk at Brackenridge Park and spend time connecting through optional, guided conversation — perfect for anyone who finds it easier to talk while moving.
What to expect
- An easy-paced walk (no fitness pressure — this is about health & presence, not speed)
- gentle prompts (great for introverts, always optional)
- A short group reflection at the end to close together
Conversation prompts we can discuss:
- “What’s been weighing on your mind lately?”
- “What’s one thing helping your mental health right now?”
- “What are you needing more of this season?”
Sharing is always optional.
Dogs Welcome!
Well-socialized, leashed dogs are invited to join us. If you’re a dog person (or just love walking alongside pups), you’ll feel right at home.
Who this is for:
- Women looking for mental health support through community
- Those who prefer walking + talking over sitting in a circle
- Anyone craving connection without pressure or forced vulnerability
###
Wear comfortable shoes, bring water, and come exactly as you are. This walk is about showing up, not showing off. We’ll take it one step and one conversation at a time 💛
