OpenStreetMap MassGIS Building import

There is an import of the new Massachusetts-wide MassGIS building layer underway. The work is done semi-automatically town by town, to verify data integrity and avoid conflicts with existing contributions. We could walk through how to take-on a town and help importing the data into OSM if people are interested.
