With the trend from a unipolar toward a multipolar world in recent years--and given the public acknowledgement of such by US Sec. of State Rubio--the world has "officially" transitioned to multipolar. How will the former unipole, the United States, behave in the new world order? And what will be the dynamics between the US and the other great powers—China and Russia—and the rest of the world?
