“Pentagon in Peril: Congressman Jason Crow in conver with John Kirby" w/ IOP

The past six months have been a harrowing time for the United States military, as its capabilities have been stretched thin by the conflict in Iran; food shortage and broken facilities hampered a long-deployed aircraft carrier; and leadership turmoil has roiled the Army, where the resignation of the Army secretary critical of Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth followed the ousting of myriad top officials. Representative Jason Crow, Democrat of Colorado and a former paratrooper and Army Ranger, has led Congressional critiques of the Pentagon. He will be in conversation with IOP Director and retired admiral John Kirby about the state of the Pentagon at a crucial juncture in the conflicts in the Middle East and Ukraine.
