Please join us on the 2nd and 4th Thursday for a rejuvenating session of Qi-Gong to wind down your day at our clinic, **104 Golden Oaks Drive, Georgetown, TX 78628**.

We will gather together in a serene and peaceful environment to practice ancient techniques of Qi-Gong, a dance-like movement meditation that open the life force energy pathways in the body for better health and relaxation, similar to Tai Chi.

This session will focus on combined elements of Restorative yoga with Sheng Zhen Qi Gong and guided imagery to totally unwind and chase stress away! Our experienced instructor will lead you through gentle movements and meditative practices to help you align your mind, body, and spirit.

Whether you are new to Qi Gong and meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this event offers a nurturing space to deepen your practice and connect with like-minded individuals.
