Welcome to Georgetown Waterfront Fitness!

The focus of each class is on proper movement principles to ensure use of your core muscles and to safeguard against injury. If you increase intensity without focusing first on alignment, you set yourself up for injuries and a lot of future down time. We want you to come out and be consistent and healthy so you can reach your longterm fitness goals!

Prepare to meet your Fit Self with our 60 minute workouts designed for all fitness levels. Apart from strength training and endurance training, you will get to meet some new people who find health just as important as you!

$100 per month or $10 drop-in*

Weekdays, 6:30-7:30pm

*All drop-ins must sign-up on the MeetUp site at least 3 hours in advance. The $10 fee is payable prior to the start of class.
