Join GARP for an outdoor hands-on work day to benefit Freedom Acres Farm Animal Rescue. Freedom Acres is a place where abused, abandoned and neglected farmed animals live out the rest of their lives in comfort with lots of love.

By donating our time and effort we can directly impact Freedom Acres’ ability to keep up their much-needed rescue of pigs, chickens, horses, goats and more. We'll work as a group for the day and will have direct contact with the animals.

DATE: Saturday, May, 11, 2024
TIME: PLEASE ARRIVE AT 10:50 AM for check-in.
LOCATION: 5531 Hill View Dr. Oxford, GA 30054

This is a work day, so children age 15 and over are welcome.

NO pets. Please leave your fur friends at home.

What to wear: Clothes that are comfortable and can get dirty.

What to bring with you:
Mask and hand sanitizer
Work gloves
Shoes/boots you don't mind getting
dirty
Hat/sunscreen
Water
GARP will provide snacks for the break

Fruits and vegetable donations for the animals are appreciated. NO, avocados or citrus fruits.
