Join GARP in the Inman Park Parade - Help Spread a Message of Compassion!

Will you help us spread a message of compassion? Volunteers are needed to wear a costume in the parade or wear a GARP t-shirt and walk along with the costumed farm animal mascots to hand out candy and vegan starter kits or hold banners. We also need volunteers to carry banners.

All volunteers who march in the parade will receive a FREE GARP t-shirt to wear (or you can wear your own GARP shirt if you already have one).

DATE: SATURDAY, APRIL 27

PARADE LINEUP TIME: 1:00 pm

LOCATION: We'll meet at EDGEWOOD AVE. BETWEEN SPRUCE
AND WADDELL/KROG ST. ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE ROAD. Please look for a truck with GARP banners on the sides. The parade is 1 mile long. Parking is difficult due to the crowds. So, please allow extra time to find parking or take MARTA.

We'll walk to a local restaurant together after the parade to grab some food and hang out.

Don't forget to wear comfortable shoes and sunscreen. GARP will have water available. Please leave your furry friends at home - they are not allowed in the parade.
