The third pillar of the Wim Hof Method is cold exposure. Start your day connecting with nature by enjoying the cold waters of Vickery Creek in Roswell. Experienced with the Wim Hof Method or just curious? We will start the morning with a couple rounds of group breathing and then into the flowing waters of Vickery Creek for two minutes.
While this is a great mental challenge it has tremendous health benefits as well to help you live your life in a way you can enjoy both physically and mentally. As Wim says "We have become alienated from nature. But the cold is capable of bringing us back to what we once had lost."
Don't forget to wear a bathing suit under your clothes and bring a towel!
We will meet at the parking lot for Vickery Creek Falls Roswell Mill at 9am and then walk down to the river (just a few minutes walk).
