Gee Creek Camping

This is one of the best car camping events we haven't done for the group in a few years! You will be camping on the bank of the Hiwassee River in a PRIMITIVE Tennessee state park just across the GA/TN stateline on Highway 411.,easy to find!

Car camping means bring anything in your car you want , you will be camping close to your car! It looks like cooler weather bring warm clothes gloves chair and food and firewood.

We will hike up to a beautiful waterfall and do the Bluffs, a hard quarter mile climb, but beautiful on top! I'll post more pics!

Go to Tennessee state parks and pick Hiwassee river scenic state park. There are NO utilities, that means No Water, electricity, sewer on campsites. There is a bath house, with toilets and hot showers.

We usually share meals together at night if you want to contribute by bringing something to share or prepare your own.

Gee Creek campground polk county tennessee google directions!! There are stores 7 miles away and dollar general 2 miles away. Also its considered primitive you are not allowed to have a generator!! and there is phone service! Be prepared for cold weather!
