The Sessions:

############

19:00 - 19:45 "PowerShell and Intune - an overview" by Christian Lehrer (@chri_tea)

Did you ever wonder how to create that one registry key or modify that one configuration file with Intune? PowerShell to the rescue! But how to do that and what are the pitfalls? How to return that error or success code? We will take a look on the mechanisms used to deploy a PowerShell script with Intune and how you can monitor the state of a deployed script.

19:45 - 20:45 "Know your connections - gathering insights from Exchange transport" by Andreas Belstedt (@AndiBellstedt)

Anyone who has ever faced the challenge of seeking for information from the IMAP-, POP- or SMTP-traffic passing through an Exchange server knows... the logfiles are plain text, but not as PLAIN as the term may indicate. ;-)

"ExchangeLogs", as a tiny PowerShell module, will provide a remedy for this one.

The module parses and transforms the many lines of text into useful PowerShell objects.

In this session we introduce the module and its functionality. We talk about the creation process. Right from the first challenge, the initial idea up to the implementation as a complete module.

Demos provide examples of practical usage and possible evaluation right out of the data results.

...and PowerBI brings the results to its real beauty.
