What we’re about
This is the first such event so please be patient through the growing pains. I'm also looking to understand what you're hoping to get out of this meetup so I can better shape subsequent events. Please take a little time to answer the signup questions - they'll be of great help.
Vision
My vision for this meetup is to create a platform to discuss work, work opportunities, business ideas, etc. Ideally this will also become a good support group for German speakers new to Toronto regarding work cultural differences and challenges in the workplace.
Who are we
You should consider this meetup whether you're a German speaker working, looking for work, starting a business or thinking of starting a business in Toronto, or whether you're a Torontonian whose work connects you to the German-speaking world.
Logistics
I will be there at 6 PM for people who work in the vicinity and would like to come right after work.
Feel free to drop in anytime later, as we'll likely be there for a few hours at least.
