What to expect
This workshop is designed to give you practical tools, meaningful conversations, and a shared roadmap for staying connected—even when life gets messy or busy. There’s nothing special you need to prepare—simply bring yourselves, an open mind, and a willingness to show up for each other. You’re welcome to bring a pen and paper if you enjoy taking your own notes, but all essential materials will be provided.
