Want to get fit, have fun, and energize your mind and body? We are a fun group of people who like to meet new people and try new things. A lot of the events will be family friendly. Some of the things we like to do are:

Yoga, Jazzercise, Goal Setting Seminars, Tai Chi, Group Gym Workouts, Hiking, Nutrition Seminars, Hamilton Pool, Zip Lining, Cooking Classes, Trampoline Park, Self Defense and Kung Fu, Mini Golf, Ultimate Frisbee, Laser Tag, Axe Throwing, Mindset Management Classes, Rock Climbing, Stand Up Paddle boarding, Dance Classes, Ice Skating 

Whether your goal is to lose weight, get active, do something new, meet great new people, or just get out of the house, this group is for you. If you have any activities that you would like to do, feel free to suggest them to me!
