The Castles of Burgundy

This is a session for players who are new to The Castles of Burgundy, as well as experienced players who are happy to play at the beginner's pace! Please watch the below video, or read up on the rules in advance, so that everyone has an idea of how the game works.

The host will be there to assist, but we do expect all players to have a basic understanding of the gameplay and rules.

In The Castles of Burgundy, players, as 15th-century French aristocrats, aim to build a prosperous princedom by strategically placing hexagonal tiles on their player boards, utilizing dice rolls and actions to develop their lands through trade, agriculture, and more.

The Zoom link will be posted on this meetup page roughly 10 minutes before the meeting starts. Please join the meeting with your zoom user name matching the name you use on meetup so we can be sure you're not a random gate crasher. We will be aiming to start the game around 7:10pm at the latest so please be on time. This game takes up to 3 players and one host. If we have more hosts, we will allow more people in, but only the first 3 will be confirmed for the event; the rest will be on the waitlist.
