Obsession: Pride, Intrigue and Prejudice in Victorian England

This is a session for players who are new to Obsession: Pride, Intrigue and Prejudice in Victorian England, as well as experienced players who are happy to play at the beginner's pace! Please watch the below video, or read up on the rules in advance, so that everyone has an idea of how the game works.

The host will be there to assist, but we do expect all players to have a basic understanding of the gameplay and rules.

Obession is a 1–4 player Victorian-themed strategy game (60–90 min) where players rebuild a disgraced British country estate's reputation through tile placement, deck building, and worker management. Players host, recruit staff, and curate guest lists to gain wealth and influence, competing to win a high-society courtship.

The Zoom link will be posted on this meetup page roughly 10 minutes before the meeting starts. Please join the meeting with your zoom user name matching the name you use on meetup so we can be sure you're not a random gate crasher. We will be aiming to start the game on time so be on time. This game takes up to 4 players.
