Come and discover the taste of a traditional local treat! Join us for a hands-on workshop where you'll learn how to make Roti Roy (โรตีโรย), a crispy, delicate Thai-Muslim sweet treat, freshly made straight from the pan.

We'll be learning from an experienced local cook in the Charoenkrung 103 Community, a historic Thai-Muslim neighbourhood with over 200 years of history. It's a wonderful opportunity to experience local culture, discover traditional food, and hear stories from this charming community.

🌿 Come Early and Explore!
The community hosts a local market on the first weekend of every month, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Why not come early, wander around the market, explore local products, and enjoy an authentic local lunch before our workshop? Make a lovely half-day outing out of it!

• Learn how to make traditional Roti Roy, step by step.
• Get hands-on experience making your own roti with guidance from an experienced local cook.
• Enjoy your freshly made, crispy Roti Roy, perfectly paired with a cup of hot tea! ☕
