🌿 Volunteer Day at Peuan Deratchan Mini Zoo 🌿

Dear Get Lost Members,

I hope you all are doing well.
Please be invited to join us for a meaningful day at Peuan Deratchan Mini Zoo, a sanctuary at the heart of Bangkok dedicated to giving rescued animals a safe and loving home. This community-based refuge depends on volunteers like you to help care for over animals, each with its own unique story of survival and rehabilitation.

Throughout the day, you’ll gain firsthand experience in animal care, learn about conservation and animal behavior, and contribute to maintaining a healthy, nurturing environment for these creatures.

🐾 About the Zoo
Peuan Deratchan Mini Zoo is a small, privately-run zoo in Bangkok, established in 2002. It focuses on animal conservation, education, and sustainability. The zoo houses around 40 species of animals, including reptiles and birds, offering interactive experiences where visitors can get close to the animals. It also runs educational programs on biodiversity and supports wildlife conservation efforts.

🕘 Event Schedule
09:30 AM – Registration and welcome at the zoo
10:00 AM – Introduction: History of the zoo
10:30 AM – Volunteer activity: Preparing food for the animals
11:00 AM – Distribute food to various animal enclosures
11:30 AM – Animal feeding
12:00 PM – Lunch break
01:00 PM – Cleaning and repairing animal enclosure exteriors
01:30 PM – Group reflection and open discussion
02:30 PM – Wrap-up, group photo, and event conclusion

Location: Peuan Deratchan Mini Zoo (4.4 Km from Ram Inthra 3, BTS station – Pink Line)
