❤️Hand Exercise Balls for Kidney Patients

Hello Everyone,

Join us for a meaningful volunteer activity and help create 1,000 hand exercise balls to support kidney patients receiving dialysis treatment.
These simple hand exercise balls help strengthen blood vessels, making dialysis treatment more effective. More importantly, each ball represents a message of encouragement and care for patients during their treatment journey.

This volunteer activity is hosted by the Thai Red Cross Society, and our group will be joining to support this meaningful initiative.

🗓 Date: Saturday, 27 June 2026
🕣 Time: 11.30 - 13.00 Hrs (please arrive 15 minutes early)
🆓 Participation Fee: Free of charge
📍 Venue: Rattanavittayapat Building Hall, Chulalongkorn Hospital, Bangkok

⚠️ Please note: This activity involves the use of sewing needles and scissors. Participants should be comfortable handling these tools safely.
