Volunteer Planning Meeting & BBQ

Let’s get together for a planning meeting and celebrate with a BBQ at our place. We will supply burgers, buns, and fixin’s. You bring a side, a chair, something to drink, and your smiling face :) if you want to bring something different to throw on the grille, no problem.

I will send out the address to everyone signed up when we get closer, the map location posted in the app is close.

The meeting will start at 3pm, wrap at 4pm then we’ll fire up the grille. I will try to get an agenda out via the distribution list before the meeting.

If you are new, come on along and check us out. Please do review our ground rules. Project ideas come from our group members and we discuss them. We have had a few successes: Embrace Washington, Habitat for Humanity, Homeless Connect, UGM’s summer camp & Second Harvest. Let’s have some more. I do try to keep us on track, it’s easy duty though.
